Al-Anbya 21:95

Arabic original

وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرۡيَةٍ أَهۡلَكۡنَٰهَآ أَنَّهُمۡ لَا يَرۡجِعُونَ

And there is prohibition upon [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return

Translation: Saheeh International
