Az-Zumar 39:1

تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ

The revelation of the Qur'an is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise

Translation: Saheeh International
