Az-Zukhruf 43:4

Arabic original

وَإِنَّهُۥ فِيٓ أُمِّ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَدَيۡنَا لَعَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ

And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book with Us, exalted and full of wisdom

Translation: Saheeh International
