Yunus 10:33

كَذَٰلِكَ حَقَّتۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ فَسَقُوٓاْ أَنَّهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

Thus the word of your Lord has come into effect upon those who defiantly disobeyed - that they will not believe
