إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ وَكَانُواْ قَوۡمًا عَالِينَ
To Pharaoh and his establishment, but they were arrogant and were a haughty peopleAl-Mu'minun 23:46
