وَكَانَ فِي ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ تِسۡعَةُ رَهۡطٖ يُفۡسِدُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا يُصۡلِحُونَ
And there were in the city nine family heads causing corruption in the land and not amending [its affairs]An-Naml 27:48
