هَٰذَا بَيَانٞ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدٗى وَمَوۡعِظَةٞ لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ
This [Qur'an] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of AllahAli 'Imran 3:138
