يَخۡتَصُّ بِرَحۡمَتِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
He selects for His mercy whom He wills. And Allah is the possessor of great bountyAli 'Imran 3:74
