Ya-Sin 36:10

Arabic original

وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَأَنذَرۡتَهُمۡ أَمۡ لَمۡ تُنذِرۡهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe
