قُلۡ يُحۡيِيهَا ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنشَأَهَآ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٖۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلۡقٍ عَلِيمٌ
Say, "He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, KnowingYa-Sin 36:79
