ٱللَّهُ خَٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَكِيلٞ
Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairsAz-Zumar 39:62
