Al-Qamar 54:12

Arabic original

وَفَجَّرۡنَا ٱلۡأَرۡضَ عُيُونٗا فَٱلۡتَقَى ٱلۡمَآءُ عَلَىٰٓ أَمۡرٖ قَدۡ قُدِرَ

And caused the earth to burst with springs, and the waters met for a matter already predestined
