Al-Waqi'ah 56:69

ءَأَنتُمۡ أَنزَلۡتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُزۡنِ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُنزِلُونَ

Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down

Translation: Saheeh International
