وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ
And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise, the Acquainted [with all]Al-An'am 6:18
