Al-Mulk 67:1

Arabic original

تَبَٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِي بِيَدِهِ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌ

Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent
