Al-Mulk 67:14

أَلَا يَعۡلَمُ مَنۡ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِيفُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ

Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted

Translation: Saheeh International
