Al-Hijr 15:2

رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوۡ كَانُواْ مُسۡلِمِينَ

Perhaps those who disbelieve will wish that they had been Muslims

Translation: Saheeh International
