Al-Hijr 15:4

Arabic original

وَمَآ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٞ مَّعۡلُومٞ

And We did not destroy any city but that for it was a known decree

Translation: Saheeh International
