تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡعَلِيمِ
The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the KnowingGhafir 40:2
