Az-Zukhruf 43:31

Arabic original

وَقَالُواْ لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡقَرۡيَتَيۡنِ عَظِيمٍ

And they said, "Why was this Qur'an not sent down upon a great man from [one of] the two cities

Translation: Saheeh International
