Al-Qamar 54:19

Arabic original

إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ رِيحٗا صَرۡصَرٗا فِي يَوۡمِ نَحۡسٖ مُّسۡتَمِرّٖ

Indeed, We sent upon them a screaming wind on a day of continuous misfortune
