Al-Mutaffifin 83:29

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجۡرَمُواْ كَانُواْ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يَضۡحَكُونَ

Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed
