ٱلَّذِي لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدٌ
To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allah, over all things, is WitnessAl-Buruj 85:9
