Al-Ma'arij 70:40

Arabic original

فَلَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡمَشَٰرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغَٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَٰدِرُونَ

So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able
