إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ يَعۡلَمُ ٱلۡجَهۡرَ وَمَا يَخۡفَىٰ
Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hiddenAl-A'la 87:7
